Fantastic location with lake access. Superb food at the restaurant. Hotel and art gallery in one. Friendly and professional staff. Good-sized and clean rooms. Relaxing atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful lake view.

This is an excellent hotel - our rooms were spacious with beautifull views of the lake and the mountains. The bedrooms and the common areas are decorated with flair with many special touches. There was a wonderful buffet breakfast in the morning, and a gourmet dinnner menu in the evening. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the owner provided a level of service to his guests that was outstanding.

We booked the room with lake view and it was wonderful, we had a little balcony where we could enjoy the view and some drink. The location itself is perfect for biking and hiking as well as swimming in the lake. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you're a young couple looking for some relax in the nature.

The sauna/spa relax wasn't on that long, so we had to squeeze our schedule. In addition, I thought the parking was included in the price instead they charged me 6euros per day.

I had such a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. They were always there to assist me with anything I needed, from check-in to check-out. The service was top-notch!

A professionally run yet friendly hotel with a terrific location and views of the mountains. There is nothing to fault and our week's stay will be remembered for a long time. There is much to commend - spotless bedroom, ensuite with huge shower, large secluded garden leading to the lake, the breakfast (more than you could wish for), the chill-out rooms, library, sauna rooms (free), gym (free), afternoon cake (free), airport transfer (free), internet (free, and more. The numerous staff were just perfect in their manner.

Plus, the nearby parking facility and elevator make it easy to navigate the hotel with ease.

Although the staff were friendly, there was one occasion where there was an issue with the table reservation at dinner.

A rare treat for the eye, both locationally and within the hotel. The management has skillfully and tastefully merged an eclectic design throughout the hotel that really works and brings interest to each moment. The small size of the hotel meant plenty of room in the garden and enough sunbeds for everyone. Very nice design concepts in the public areas. Every room different and had dvd player with dvd library and Ipods. Great to have no kids around. The gym was very impressive with new concepts in gym equipment.

While the bedrooms were lovely, our bathroom seemed drab in comparison. Whilst clean and new, it seemed cheap compared to everything else there and quite 1980s.

The lakeside view was amazing, and the location near the town center was perfect. Breakfast had a great variety, and the spa had a peaceful ambiance.

The room decor was outdated, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

A first class hotel with a beautiful location and excellent facilities for a relaxing, scenic holiday. The whole experience was outstanding, from the friendly, helpful staff to the gourmet, wonderful cuisine. When my husband was ill for a couple of days the owner and staff were very helpful and interested in his well being. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard with beautiful creative touches. One could not possibly ask for more! I would definitely return and certainly would recommend to friends.
